At harvest, packaging failure isn't just an inconvenience — it's a cost. Bales that bulge under compression, lose shape in transit, or deteriorate during outdoor storage create handling problems and export risk. For hop growers and processors, the pack needs to perform from the press through to the port.

Ritex HDPE Hop Packs are manufactured from heavyweight, UV-stabilised HDPE cloth. The construction is designed specifically for bulk agricultural baling: strong enough to resist tearing and abrasion under load, stable enough to hold shape through compression, stacking, and long-distance freight. Every pack is made from new HDPE cloth — no recycled or downgraded material — so construction and strength are consistent across every batch.

Available from stock in bales of 25, with indent and custom sizing options for higher-volume operations. Lead times for indent orders are approximately 10–12 weeks — plan ahead for harvest season supply.
