• Fabric: UV-stabilised virgin polypropylene resin woven tape with calcium carbonate for added strength and rigidity

• Configurations: Flat-lay, pillow-style, gusseted, circular woven, back-seam

• Mouth finish: Heat-cut, hemmed, or ultrasonic welded; drawstring available on select lines

• Printing: BOPP photo-quality laminated print or standard woven PP print

• Additional options: Any colour, liners, internal or external lamination, UV protection

Two print formats are available depending on your market and budget. BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) delivers photo-quality, high-resolution graphics laminated onto the woven base — suited to retail presentation and premium branding. Standard woven PP printing provides a cost-effective option for industrial and bulk applications. Both are produced with colour consistency and durability to maintain brand integrity through handling, stacking, and transport. Minimum order quantities apply; standard print starts from 1,000 units.

Ritex woven PP bags are manufactured from virgin polypropylene tape— not recycled material. Calcium carbonate is added during extrusion for increased rigidity and structural strength. The woven structure delivers high tensile strength, minimal stretch, and reliable performance through repeated filling, stacking, and transport cycles. All material is UV stabilised, and extrusion, weaving, and finishing are completed within our manufacturing facility to maintain batch-to-batch consistency.
