Ritex sources woven PP bags from long-term manufacturing partners with over a decade of proven supply. Every bag is manufactured from virgin polypropylene tape — not recycled — with calcium carbonate added for rigidity and strength. Size, fabric weight, configuration (flat-lay, pillow-style, gusseted, circular woven, and back-seam), and closures (heat-cut or ultrasonic welded mouths or drawstring), colour, and print finish are all specified to your requirements, from 5 kg to 50 kg and beyond.

Bags are compatible with both manual and automated filling processes.

  • Two print formats are available depending on your market and budget. BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) delivers photo-quality, high-resolution graphics laminated onto the woven base — suited to retail presentation and premium branding. Standard woven PP printing provides a cost-effective option for industrial and bulk applications. Both are produced with colour consistency and durability to maintain brand integrity through handling, stacking, and transport. Minimum order quantities apply; standard print starts from 1,000 units.

  • Ritex woven PP bags are manufactured from virgin polypropylene tape— not recycled material. Calcium carbonate is added during extrusion for increased rigidity and structural strength. The woven structure delivers high tensile strength, minimal stretch, and reliable performance through repeated filling, stacking, and transport cycles. All material is UV stabilised, and extrusion, weaving, and finishing are completed within our manufacturing facility to maintain batch-to-batch consistency.

  • Ritex woven PP bags are in use across agriculture, aquaculture, food processing, chemical, and construction sectors. Common applications include:
