Nylon's smooth inner surface minimises fibre snagging during filling and pressing. For high-value Merino and fine wool clips, that matters — pack damage affects presentation, and presentation affects price. HDPE suits general wool handling; nylon is the right choice when fibre quality needs to be protected.

These packs are manufactured by Thai Formosa, an AWEX-approved supplier. They meet export-grade specifications for the New Zealand and Australian wool trades. Thai Formosa was involved in developing the original AU/NZ Woolpack Standard — compliance is built into the manufacturer's history, not added as an afterthought.

Packed 25 per bale at approximately 34kg — half the weight of a traditional 50-pack bale. Easier to move in the shed, the store, or on the ute. Safer for two-person lifts without the handling strain.
